He was a member of Shuguang Township party committee, Daye County, Hubei Province, the Secretary of Daye County Youth League Committee, the Vice Secretary and member of Party Leadership Group of Huangshi City Youth League Committee, the Vice Principal of Huangshi City Party Committee Communist Party School, the Associate Dean and member of party committee of Huangshi Administration School; the Vice Director and Director of Hubei Corporate Enterprise Review Office, the President of the periodical office Reform Review, Director of the International Business Office of Hubei Province Securities Regulatory Commission, the Director of the Inspection Office of China Securities Regulatory Commission Wuhan Office, the Director of Organization Supervision Office, the General Secretary of Wuhan Securities Association, the Director and Vice Bureau Chief of China Securities Regulatory Commission Second Inspection Bureau, the Vice Director and member of party committee of the General Inspection Team of China Securities Regulatory Committee; the Vice President and member of party committee of Shanghai International Group. He is now the President of Shanghai International Group, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shanghai International Group (Hong Kong), the President of Sailing Capital International, the President of GP Capital, the Director of the Post-Doctoral Research Center of Shanghai International Group, and the Vice Chairman of Shanghai Financial Association.
