He was the Manager of the Trade Department of Guangdong Metallurgical Industry Company, the Vice Office Director of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision, Office Director, and the Director of the Inspection Office; the Vice Director, member of Party Leadership Group, and Vice Secretary of Party Leadership Group of the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province. He is now the Director and Secretary of Party Leadership Group of the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province.
